This January PSAC's dues will rise to keep the union financially stable and to fund some new initiatives.

Starting on January 1, 2013 the PSAC dues rate will go from 0.9007% to 0.9668% - an average increase of $2.83 per member per month.

Your PSAC bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement with Parks Canada Agency.

This package includes salary increases identical to our PA, SV, and EB settlements: 1.75, 1.5 and 2% over three years, with retroactivity.

Your team told the Commission that TC members are already underpaid according to a joint pay study done by the Employer and the Union in 2007-2008, and shouldn’t be put in a worse economic situation because of the significant concession the Employer is demanding on cessation of severance pay for voluntary departures.
