East Fraser Valley Area Council AGM

The Annual General Meeting for the East Fraser Valley Area Council is scheduled to take place Thursday, January 30 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will take place in a hybrid format, both at the Whatcom Road White Spot (in the back room) and via Zoom. Please RSVP via email to StuitA@psac-afpc.com and indicate if you plan to attend in person or online. Confirmed virtual attendees will receive the Zoom coordinates.

A tentative agenda for the AGM will be posted closer the the meeting date. The AGM agenda will include Area Council executive elections, approval of the 2024 financials and approval of the 2025 budget.
