East Fraser Valley Area Council meeting

A Special General Meeting for the East Fraser Valley Area Council has been scheduled for Thursday, April 18 at 6:30 PM via Zoom. Please RSVP by email to StuitA@psac-afpc.com. Confirmed virtual attendees will receive the Zoom coordinates.

The April 18 meeting is considered a special general meeting as it will include a “Part 2” for the AGM held earlier this year. The proposed agenda for the special general meeting is as follows:

1. Land Acknowledgement
2. Welcome and Introductions
3. Treasurer’s Report
   • Approval of 2023 Financial Report
   • Approval of 2024 Budget
4. Review and appoval of Proposed Area Council By-Laws amendments
5. Round Table
6. Adjournment
