International Women’s Day Mini Film Festival
The PSAC BC Regional Council Women’s Coordinator, Karen Sutton, 1st Alternate, Lea Serron, and 3rd Alternate, Nielene Chand will be celebrating International Women’s Day by hosting a “Sunday Night at the Movies” watch party of the documentary short called, “Period. End of Sentence”, and an accompanying Kitchen Table Talk.
- Watch Party: Sunday, March 6th @ 7 pm (Movie run time is 25 minutes.)
Movie Synopsis: This documentary is about a group of Indian women leading a quiet sexual revolution through menstrual freedom.
- Kitchen Table Talk: Tuesday, March 8th @ 6 pm
This celebration is open to all individuals who self-identify as women and are either current PSAC members or retired PSAC members.

Once registered, you will be scheduled to receive a link to the watch party platform that will enable you to watch online with our other participants and use a chat feature with each other for the duration of the film.
You will receive a separate Zoom link for the Kitchen Table Talk.
If you can attend the Kitchen Table Talk but are unable to attend the watch party, you can find the film on both Youtube and Netflix (if you have a subscription) to watch at your leisure.
If you can only attend one of the events, still register! Our main objective is to gather as women around International Women’s Day and continue to build Sisterhood in our struggle!
