May 23, 12:15 PM – Cars will meet at the Impark/Easy Parking – lot at the corner of Fir and West 2nd Ave.
May 23, 12:45 PM – Depart for Granville Island.
If you have a vehicle and can attend safely, RSVP here – https://forms.gle/MeHuTiXsNwMiVn987 – so we know to expect you and have enough materials prepared.
Members of PSAC Local 20378 work hard every day ensuring Granville Island – one of Vancouver’s most popular attractions for tourists and locals alike – runs smoothly and lives up to its mandate as “The most inspiring public place in the world.”
The union’s bargaining team wants to protect and improve the collective agreement, making the island a better place to work and a better place for the public to enjoy.
Instead, management has concessions on the table that will undermine a collective agreement that members have fought hard for over the last 40 years, seeking concessions from some of their lowest paid workers.
Join us on May 23 to show your support for workers and to call on CMHC management to come to the table with a fair collective agreement!
