Bargaining team members are pleased to announce that following ratification vote meetings, the new agreement with the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) has been ratified. The new agreement takes effect October 13, 2023.
The new three-year agreement expires March 31, 2026 and includes benefit and leave improvements as well as significant wage and economic increases.
The new agreement also includes the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation as a recognized stat, and an increase to part-time holiday pay to reflect this additional holiday.
The bargaining team – consisting of Devin Bagri, Dan Ferguson, Audrey Henry, Negotiator Seth Sazant and Regional Rep Monica Urrutia – would like to thank to all FNHA members for their support during this round.
