UPCE Local 20095 bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement with Purolator, and PSAC members will now have the opportunity to vote on their new collective agreement. The ratification kit can be found below.
PSAC has organized a ratification information session to allow our members working at Purolator to be informed on the details of the tentative agreement before you cast your ballot. Please see below to sign up for the ratification vote meeting, virtually or in-person.
In order to be eligible to vote you must:
- Have received your voter credentials by email or mail;
- Attend a short mandatory information session either virtually or in-person. Members will not be able to vote if they did not participate in an information session;
- In some situations (see step 4 below) you may need to check on your membership status with the PSAC and ensure you are a member in good standing.
STEP 1: RECEIVE YOUR VOTING CREDENTIALS
For those PSAC members for whom we have a non-employer, personal e-mail address on file, the voting platform, Vogo, will send you an email with your voter credentials the day before voting begins. (Please check your junk mail folder for an email fromVogo). For those members whom we have no personal email, we will send the same letter in the mail to your home address.
Please take a moment to update your contact information and provide us with your personal, non-work email address. You can update your contact information online by logging into the PSAC member portal or create an account if you don’t already have one.
STEP 2: REGISTER FOR A VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON MEETING
In order to ensure that members are fully informed prior to casting their ballot, the PSAC Constitution, Regulation 15, requires all members to attend an information session before they vote. This session will be held by virtually and in-person, and will allow members to ask questions regarding the content of the tentative agreement. Attendance will be tracked and only those who registered and attended the full presentation will have their member profile updated on the e-voting system, enabling them to vote.
Your voting credentials are required to get onto the Vogo platform and register for a virtual or in-person meeting.
Members will not be able to vote if they did not participate in an information session.
You must attend a session specific to your bargaining unit in order for your attendance to be counted. Please note that registrations will close 30 minutes before a virtual meeting starts. Make sure to register early to secure your spot.
* You need to have received your voter information credentials in order to register for and participate in the ratification meeting and vote *
