Join the West Fraser Valley Area Council at the Surrey Canada Day Celebrations

The Surrey Canada Day celebrations are one of Western Canada’s largest free Canada Day events. They bring together diverse communities through music, education and entertainment, and your West Fraser Valley Area Council will be there!

Join the West Fraser Valley on Wednesday, July 1 from 9 AM to 6 PM for the Surrey Canada Day Celebrations at the Bill Reid Amphitheatre. The Area Council will be hosting a booth to show our union pride: sharing information about the PSAC, the valuable work PSAC members perform, and the importance of strong public services. We hope to see you there!

The Area Council is also looking for volunteers to help with their booth. Sign up for one (or more!) of the shifts below and help us connect with the connect with the public and fellow union members in the West Fraser Valley. Email reevesmf@hotmail.com to claim your shift and get additional event details.

• Shift 1: 9 AM to 12 PM
• Shift 2: 12 PM to 3 PM
• Shift 3: 3 PM to 6 PM

After your shift, stay for the festivities: Enjoy the live music, festival attractions, and the spectacular fireworks display that evening! A complementary lunch will be provided for all volunteers.
