Save the Date! The West Fraser Valley Area Council will be holding their 2026 Annual General Meeting on Monday, February 2 at 6 PM. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format: both in-person and via Zoom. The in-person meeting location is the Ricky’s Family Restaurant in Cloverdale (17830 56th Avenue in Cloverdale). Please register in advance to attend this meeting. Registered online attendees will receive the Zoom coordinates by email.

In person attendees are invited to arrive at 5 PM for dinner. The formal meeting will begin promptly at 6 PM.
