Steward Series: Working Through Conflict & Stewards as Allies for Racial Justice – Metro

These two modules will help build skills for Stewards when representing members in the workplace, particularly for this course, those with duty to accommodate situations.

The Working Through Conflict module will assist Stewards in recognizing conflict, developing understanding and practicing methods of strategically dealing with conflict.

The Stewards as Allies for Racial Justice module will assist Stewards to have a deeper understanding of racism, how it operates and its impact, recognize obvious and subtle expressions of racism, understand the role of the Steward as an ally for racial justice, and have the tools and strategies to address racism and promote racial justice.
