PSAC has commissioned Environics Research to do a broad organizational consultation with our members as part of a larger initiative to support PSAC’s Anti-Racism Action Plan.
As part of the second phase of this consultation, Environics is conducting a survey with all PSAC members to help measure representation rates of equity groups in the union, identify barriers to membership participation in the union, gather member input on what is needed to increase engagement and how PSAC can address issues of racism through the Anti-Racism Action Plan.
Members in BC will be receiving an email in the next few days from Environics Research asking for your participation in an online survey. The survey will take 10 minutes to complete, and your co-operation is highly appreciated.
All responses are confidential and results from the consultations will be completely anonymized. Our members’ feedback on this important initiative is incredibly important to us and I encourage all members to take part.
If you are interested in participating in the survey but do not receive an email, please first check your junk mail in case it was filtered there, then email Environics Research at publicaffairs@environics.ca
