Join the EFVAC for the BC Rivers Day Fall Cleanup

Join the East Fraser Valley Area Council on Sunday, September 27 for the BC Rivers Day Fall Cleanup in Chilliwack. Organized by the Chilliwack Vedder Cleanup Society, the event runs from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Thompson Regional Park (48600 Chilliwack Lake).

This organization brings together individuals and groups who share a common concern for the growing amount of garbage accumulating along the Chilliwack/Vedder River. By focusing on community involvement and education, the Chilliwack Vedder River Cleanup Society works tirelessly to ensure the river remains a clean, thriving natural resource for generations to come. This is a great opportunity to care of the lands on which we live, work and play.
