PSAC BC is marching in concert with other union affiliates of the Victoria Labour Council behind the BC Ferries Marine Workers Union float: “Queen of Solidarity!”

The Victoria Pride Parade takes place Sunday, July 7th, beginning at 11 AM sharp!

Want to March with Us? PSAC BC members are meeting at our marshalling location on Chatham Street between Douglas and Government St. Please arrive between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM. PSAC is in #99 in Group D. (Look for the BC ferry & Marine Workers float!) When you arrive, you’ll have some time to touch up that last bit of sparkly make-up, put on your PSAC BC temporary tattoo, and adjust your flag or your rainbow tutu. Just be ready to march at 10:30 AM!

After the parade, join PSAC BC at in the Pride Festival in the Park at McDonald Park in James Bay. PSAC BC will be sharing a booth with our IATSE (International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees) comrades and are looking for PSAC BC volunteers to help out. Please reach out to PSAC BC Pride Coordinator Damir Moric for more details.

Can’t volunteer? No problem, please swing by to say hello and pick up some PSAC BC swag. Festival entertainment will kick off at 1 PM. There will be fabulous drag performers, DJs, and a host of other talented performers in additional to the 130+ vendors and community groups.

We look forward to seeing you!
