Northern Regional Women’s Committee meeting

Save the date: The next Norther RWC meeting is taking place Tuesday, September 24 at 6 PM. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and online. The in-person venue will be at the Integris Credit Union in Prince George. Please RSVP via email to UrrutiM@psac-afpc.com by September 19 to confirm your attendance. In your email, please indicate if you plan to attend in person or online. Confirm virutal attendees will be sent the Zoom coordinates.

• Welcome all
• Traditional land acknowledgement 
• Approval of agenda
• Approval of previous meeting minutes (June 25)
• Treasurer’s report 
• Review of any old business from previous meeting 
• New business: discuss care kits and assembly date, adopt a family, sister check-ins, junk in the trunk, women’s related resolutions for next year’s women’s conference. 
• Roundtable
• Meeting adjournment
