FNHA Bargaining: Tell us how to improve your next contract

PSAC and First Nations Health Authority are gearing up for the next round of bargaining for Directly Chartered Local 22000. As the first step in this process, we need to hear from you.

What would you like to see in your next collective agreement? This is your opportunity to share your ideas with us. Your participation is crucial to our strength as a union.

You can send us your proposals by filling out the form below. We are accepting input until November 7, 2025. The input received will be given to the Negotiations Committee for consideration and a package will be distributed to members to let you know what items will be taken to the bargaining table.

The current collective agreement expires March 31, 2026, and can be viewed online here.

Briefly outline your proposal or idea for this round of bargaining. You do not need to provide actual language.
a) If the purpose of your proposal is simply to clarify wording, please give examples of problems of misinterpretation in the current agreement.
b) If this is a NEW proposal, or a CHANGE, briefly describe problem which prompted your proposal and give arguments to be used at bargaining table to support your proposal. Where possible, name other employers that have similar practice(s) and/or mention other union agreements containing simliar provisions. Attach copies of those collective agreements below. containing similar provisions.
