About Kuldeep Deol

Kuldeep Deol (she/her) is one of two Southern Interior Coordinators and the GSU Regional Vice-President for Lower BC Mainland. A union activist for more than a decade, Kuldeep has participated at the Local-level in multiple roles and is excited to spread her wings at the Regional-level.

In her role as Southern Interior Coordinate, Kuldeep will focus on engaging with members and having one-on-one conversations to uncover pressure points and concerns that need to be seen and heard at the table. Her goal is to listen, advocate, be a helping hand, and stand up as a voice for unsung heroes doing the heavy lifting.

Kuldeep is a strong advocate for grassroots activities and member engagement that keeps the employer accountable. She’s passionate about ensuring members feel truly heard, seen, and satisfied in order to drive meaningful change.
