We are pleased to report that last Friday afternoon, February 16, the parties were able to reach a tentative deal that is retroactive to the expiry of the previous Collective Agreement.
While we cannot release the details of the tentative deal at this time, we can say that the bargaining team will be unanimously recommending the deal.
We are in the process of securing meeting rooms and locations for ratification meetings. Members of the bargaing unit will be advised as soon as details are confirmed.
Please keep in mind in that while the negotiations process is ongoing, the current collective agreement remains in effect.
