The 2024 PSAC BC Regional Health and Safety Conference was held at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront in Vancouver from October 18 through October 20. This was be the first in-person BC Regional Health and Safety Conference since 2018 (as the 2021 conference was held virtually).
The Conference was held under the theme Together for Safety: Creating Healthier Workplaces, Building Better Lives, and brought together health and safety activists to reflect, discuss and take action to improve our workplaces. Together, attendees talked about the importance of raising awareness of health and safety issues as well as preventing workplace injuries and occupational diseases.
We were fortunate to have a graphic recorder attend the 2024 Health and Safety Conference, who put some of our presentations onto a storyboard.
The artist took the time to listen to the presentations and created a wonderful artistic representation of information presented and the discussions that took place.
