PSAC’s Common Issues, PA, TC, SV and EB bargaining teams are all working hard towards a new collective agreement. Visibility in the worksite is crucial as we move forward in bargaining.
Having a visible presence in the workplace – no matter where your workplace may be – sends a message to the employer. It tells management that you stand behind your bargaining team, you’re up to date and aware of where we are in the bargaining process, and that you want a new contract that recognizes the value of your work and the changing nature of our post-pandemic workplaces.
