PSAC BC Education Subsidies for the 2025 CLC Pacific Region Winter School
The PSAC BC Education Program is offering fifteen (15) education subsidies covering the full registration fee of $2,245.00 to PSAC BC members in good standing for the 2025 Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) Pacific Region Winter School. There will be four (4) designated subsidies for applicants who have registered for the “Women in Leadership Course”.
If you are applying for this subsidy, please do NOT register ahead of time, as PSAC BC Education will be registering the approved applicants after the decisions are made.
The subsidy application period has now closed. The deadline for receipt of your PSAC BC subsidy application for the CLC Winter School and completed CLC Winter School registration form was Wednesday, November 13 at 4:00 PM (PST). Late applications will not be accepted.
Please include the following in your subsidy application:
- Completed Subsidy application form below
- Completed “CLC Winter School Registration form” (that follows the PSAC BC education subsidy application below):
- PSAC BC will use the registration information provided below when we register approved subsidy applicants.
- Agree to provide a report thirty (30) days after attending the course to the PSAC REVP and Regional Education Officer
- Will be responsible for transportation to and from the school, meals to and from the school, and Loss of Salary. There is a bus that leaves from Vancouver through the Lower Mainland. (Please see page 17 of the CLC’s Winter School brochure for details.)
- If you do register for the CLC Winter School on your own and are not selected for a PSAC BC Education Subsidy, you would be responsible for the registration fee or arranging cancellation of your registration for the school, and any fees associated with that cancellation.
The subsidy application period has now closed. The deadline to apply for a PSAC BC subsidy was Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 4:00 PM (PST). Approved applicants will be notified by Wednesday, November 20, and registered with the CLC Office by November 22. Follow up communication will be sent regarding the course you are registered for.

The 2025 Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) Winter School, takes place over five weeks from January 12 to February 14, 2025. Each week runs Sunday to Friday. The CLC Pacific Region Winter School brochure is available online here.
