Registration is now open for the 2027 CLC Pacific Winter School taking place over five weeks, from January 10 to February 12, at the Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa. CLC’s Winter School is an opportunity for labour activists to build connections, exchange knowledge, and return to their workplaces ready to organize.
Each week runs Sunday to Friday and features a series of workshops designed to “teach the skills unions need to represent their members and defend their rights”. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up as early as possible. The registration deadline for the winter school is Wednesday, December 16, 2026.
As in previous years, on-site childcare is available from a qualified early childhood educator. However, childcare spots are limited this year and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants will be required to complete forms as part of their request, and spots are not guaranteed. Please contact the Regional Office at pacific@clcctc.ca for more information. The deadline to request childcare is December 4, 2026.
