Registration is now open for observers to the 2026 PSAC BC Regional Triennial Convention. All PSAC BC members in good standing are eligible to attend the convention as observers.
Please note that the number of observers is limited to the space available at the convention. Observers do not have the right to voice or vote during the resolutions debate and are not eligible to vote in elections.
The registration fee for each observer is $200 and must be submitted no later than March 27, 2026. There will be no refunds of registration fees after April 16, 2026.
Observers are responsible for all costs associated with their participation, including:
- registration fee;
- travel costs, including ground transportation;
- hotel accommodation and incidentals costs;
- loss of salary;
- meals;
- family care requirements.
PSAC Regional Committees and Area Councils are reminded that they cannot spend committee/council funds on observers.
Observer registration begins January 9, 2026 with a deadline of February 20, 2026 at 4 PM Pacific.
