In honour of the 14 women whose lives were stolen on December 6, 1989, and the thousands of other women, girls, LGBTQ2+ and gender-diverse people who deserve safety and justice, it is time to take concrete action to end gender-based violence once and for all.

December 3 is the International Day for Persons with Disability. This year’s theme is “Fighting for rights in the post-COVID era.”
PSAC BC to contribute $30,000 towards PSAC Social Justice Fund flood relief initiatives.
After meeting on November 29, the PSAC BC Regional Council unanimously voted to contribute to relief efforts to assist people in British Columbia impacted by severe flooding.
