The purpose of this course is to build meaningful, long-term relationships with Indigenous Peoples inside and outside of our workplaces, with the aim of supporting decolonization and increasing Indigenous Peoples’ representation at work and in the union.
Human Rights Committees
PSAC BC has three constitutionally-recognized Human Rights Committees. They meet regularly in person and via conference call to discuss issues and plan events relating to PSAC’s Indigenous, Members with Disabilities, 2SLGBTQIA+ and Racially Visible caucus members.
- PSAC members in BC are encouraged to fill out the PSAC BC self id form here, we will add you to our mailing lists and keep you up to date on regional events and initiatives.

The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is a day of hope and healing for those impacted by the horrors of the residential school system, and who continue to be triggered and retraumatized through the ongoing confirmation of unmarked graves.
